Wawa Dam and River

Wawa Dam was built in 1909 and was the only water source for Manila for a long period of time. It was abandoned when Angat Dam was built.It is in Sitio Wawa, near Mt. Pamitinan and Mt. Binakayan.

There’s an artificial waterfall in the facility and there are cottages, where you can have a picnic.

Some Notes and Tips

• There are sari-sari stores in the area.
